Have you ever wanted to design your very own pendant or charm? Don’t miss out on this opportunity! In EcoStudio’s ‘Charms & Pendants’ course participants will learn the basics of lost wax casting to personalize their own chatms – a technique developed by Egyptians over 3,000 years ago!
course objectives
Participants will develop an understanding of basic wax working and the lost wax casting process while working in bronze or *silver. At the end of the course, participants will be able to take their handmade piece of jewelry home with them!

Schedule
Day 1:
Overview of lost wax casting process and making of wax charm.
Day 2:
Participate in the casting of charm pieces; polish and finish your metal charm.

Please note that open-toed shoes are not allowed at EcoStudio.
Participants must provide a copy of their insurance policy prior to commencing course.
PARTICIPANTS MUST PRINT AND SIGN FAB LAB ECOSTUDIO WAIVER PRIOR TO COMMENCING COURSE. WAIVER IS SENT TO PARTICIPANT UPON REGISTRATION FOR COURSE. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Cancellation policy
EcoStudio reserves the right to cancel or postpone a course at any time, including but not limited to, lack of participation, classroom, equipment or trainer availability.
If full payment is not received three days prior to course commencement EcoStudio reserves the right to relinquish participant’s reservation.
Cancellations received less than 5 business days prior to course commencement will only receive credit towards a future course.
Cancellations received 3 days prior to course commencement will only be reimbursed 50% of the course fee.
No-shows will be invoiced the full course fee.
